I am on the search for a large wholesale bakery who supply outdoor markets and bagel shops with the those extra large iced donuts, cheescakes, pastries and breads etc.
Does anyone have a clue?

I would imagine that in most cases, most of this stuff is bought in as frozen doughs, bake off and thaw and sell products - certainly having worked in a bakery for a long time I can recognise a lot of these bought in products on the 'handmade' stalls at farmer's markets etc. If that's the kind of thing you're after, then you need to look at places like Country Choice and Brake Brothers. They're the places that I can recall off the top of my head, but there are other regional suppliers that have the same stuff. The only problem is that they're trade only places, so you'd probably have to have an account with them and that can be a problem if you're only after one order. However, you can get a lot of the same stuff at Makro, Costco, Booker and other cash and carry type places, although the prices are higher.0
