CCJ on file after BR

Hi all
Came out of my bankruptcy over two years ago but my creit file still shows two CCJ's as unsatisfied from before my BR. I have been told by my mortgage broker that if I can get these marked as settled then I will be able to get a mortgage with little difficulty other than the usual S/E stuff.
Question is, how do I go about this as I would need a cert of satisfaction from the court, this would require a letter from the creditor saying its cleared off, which it isnt as its part of the BR.
I have sorted all but one of my defaults, aktiv kapital are playing hard to get, and all that needs sorting now is these two CCJ's.
Anyone have any ideas how I do this?
Thanks
Simon

Thanks, I have read through that and indeed this is the advice I used when cleaning up the defaults on my accounts. It does not make reference to CCJ's and the letters themselves refer onyl to defaulted amounts, not CCJ's.
Hence my confusion and wondering how to approach this.
Thanks
