Does anybody have an effective way of removing stubborn fly spray from glass?

What have you tried that didn't work?

Often, if a product contains a solvent, then more of the same product will remove it.

    Spiders.
  • I havent actually tried a "product" yet, just a wet cloth and a rub with newspaper, but it seems to be smearing in a greasy way. At least I got the better of the wasp!
  • if it's greasy, try a bit of washing up liquid - it's made for taking grease off pots and pans after all!

Ah, so maybe you need to try something that shifts grease?

Well done, normally when I try fly sprays the flies/was etc. are just stunned. They fall down, wriggle a bit then get up and laugh at me.

These days I spay them with water, which makes them fall down and wriggle a bit. But while they are down I whack them on the head with an empty RAID can!
