does or has anyone worked with mariposa angels??

as the title says, i have looked at the opportunities available at mariposa angels, has anyone dealt with this company, are the ok, is there money to be made, do they pay etc... Apologies if this has been discussed before, but i searched but never come up with much through the threads?

I would think it is hard too make commission based money but i am sure if you put the work in you will make something

Mariposa Angels Ltd is a fabulous company.. i think they are going into Vogue in december, they have gorgeous items on there website and really friendly company. i would work for them

I signed up to be a Guardian Angel with these. Was told on 28th October that I would receive a pack with some business cards and some 4 page catalogues. Still not received anything and they're not replying to my emails asking whether I'm going to get the cards etc. Based on this, I don't think they're as good as they first seem.

I too signed up with them over a month ago and have received no paperwork or business cards, quite disappointed as I do like their items.

I take it the above three posts have been made by the same person (justaboutskint - 6 posts so far)? Call me cynical but apart from JemmaLouise20, the post count for blina (1st post), timeslikethese (2nd posts), angel2010 (9 posts) all singing a glorious tune for mariposa angels.

I signed up as a Guardian Angel and have received a code which seems to work but noone has ordered yet as far as I know.

I have had no promo material yet but they have responded to my emails and blamed the postal strike.

If something turns up then I may promote it. Not got time to waste on them so doing other things now.

My post was negative and I am not the same person as the others. I am a long time lurker and am not a spammer or anything. I only posted about Mariposa as I was wondering whether anyone else was in the same boat as me I have promoted these but also do not know if anyone has made any orders. Their range is gorgeous but I'm starting to wonder whether it's a genuine opportunity

I joined these via email a couple of weeks ago, and didn't receive anything like business cards/catalogues, like they said I would.

I have emailed them now, so am awaiting a reply. I'm starting to get a bit of a bad feeling that it's not a proper opportunity though!

Only wanted to raise some extra cash, as am pregnant and currently dreading how we will manage on maternity pay with my debts!

I signed up early september and got my cards and a lovely freebie hairclip. I am finding it very difficult to get sales though. I have had a small cheque from them and I am expecting another one.

They are in Vogue this month it is their Midas bag that is featured. I've also been told they will be appearing in more magazines in January.

Don't really know what to suggest for those who haven't got your cards yet maybe try emailing again. If you have your code it might be worth promoting it as I coming up to christmas will be a good time to get sales. Or at least I hope it will as I have put in a lot of time and effort and had little in return at the moment but I'm hoping I've done the ground work and the sales will follow.

I was refered by a fellow MSE member who had been with them some time maybe they will spot this thread and have more info
