SS you are an inspiration. You have big debts and yet you have been so kind to jellyfish. you could have taken the same route but you have determined to pay off your debts even though you have hard times. You have inspired me so many times so well done to you

Jellycat hold your head up high because you tried. In your case you did the right thing, others don't and abuse the system. You have learn't a lot and your future will be brighter for it.
Others who take it likely will be back in a few years filing again.

Thanks for the "what you've learned!"...agree with it all! Hope today was a great one? Did you wake up feeling different? Have to say when I have my "debt free day" I will be drinking margeritas, with an umbrella which I will, of course, have saved for & I will have vast quantities of legal drugs ready for the hangover the next day...may even get out the party poppers but I have about 9 years to plan it according to snowball...sure I did it wrong...

Klare don't be down that you have a dmp if it had been even remotely logical for me I would have done it too.

Southernscouser, you are def an inspriation.

For all good wishes and constructive criticism I am grateful.

Now the dust has settled a bit and I have got all my stuff ready to see the OR next Tuesday I feel relieved. Not overjoyed but just relieved that no one can come into my life and upset me. No more phone calls, letters or "telegrams" with threats of visits that never happen.

I have no bank account at the mo as the OR had to take away my cash card so I am waiting to hear from the bank. That is a bit difficult, but it makes little difference as for the last 6 months or so I have only been able to spend what I had in the bank. NO CREDIT.

I will never have credit again. That is the liberating thought.

I do have £2 savings which is accruing well towards Christmas. ME saving for Christmas in May. How things have changed.

    Love to all

    Louise
