What form is the magnesium you are taking Sammy? Is it tablets, what strength and where did you get it from...really going to try it myself
I just got Asda's own...300mg tablets, one a day. Although my mum did some more research and she says liquid magnesium is more effective. Floradix do liquid magnesium, but as these seem to be doing the trick I am happy sticking with these. Becky_rtw made a good point, it could be magnesium deficiency or an inability to absorb magnesium, but I thought I would try the tablets first...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
