I ordered 2 pairs (£50) and the postage was free. If you have to return them, you download a freepost address label. Great service all round. Mine were delivered by UPS carrier, so no problems with the possible postal strike!!

Just ordered mine, as these boots look lush. I'm a size 4.5, so have ordered size 5 in the brown. They only had Size 3 left in the black. I'm just hoping they fit my calves, but if the returns policy is so good, at least I've got some reassurance if they don't.

Update:
Received within 24 hours. Gorgeous boots but unfortunately not wide enough at the top for me (they are 38 inch width) so I'm going to have to send them back. Boo!!!!

Mine arrived on Monday. I think I only ordered them on Thursday. They are really nice. I ordered the brown ones in a size 8 - and they seem true to size. They go so nice with my skinney jeans. Now I can wear these for smarter occasions instead of my Uggs DH hates my Uggs lol
