quesedillas ( as finc posted) are fab ,i havent made my sons those for a while and they love them !
cream cheese spread on the bottom ,ham torn up and grated cheese is a good one ,or tomato sauce on the bottom ,veg eg mushrooms and toms then grated cheese , cream cheese mixed with spinach is my personal fave
also agree with annabel karmels books / recipes being good,i got the family book book from ebay and its fab
what about tuna fish cakes ??? easy to make and freeze ,serve with beans or whatever
also single portions of tuna hash / corned beef hash, cheese and potato pie0 -

Thanks for all the great ideas! I am a work at home mum and have been a bit lost on what to feed my 1 year old son. I love the ideas you have all shared and going to give some a try. I love that working from home has given me the time and freedom to enjoy watching my son grow up and be able to tend to all his needs. I am so blessed to be able to be a full time mum and be independent at the same time! I hope you all have a great weekend! Thank you again for all the great food ideas for toddlersI am looking forward to trying some of the food recipes!
