Mis Sold Endowment

Hello,

I wonder if you can help, I believe we were missold an endowment which we took out in 1992 with Friends Provident, through a adviser in the branch of Cornerstones/Abbey national when we bought our 1st house - we have since moved and cashed in the endowment as it was not moving at the rate we expected it to - my question is really can we still claim as we have cashed the endowment in.

Thanks

You can. However, most of FP's endowments are time barred from complaint.

    When did you surrender it?

  • We surrendered it in 2002 or could have been 2003
