Free REM album on itunes with The Times (Saturday 10th Oct)

In the first giveaway of its kind by a British newspaper, The Times is offering you a complete R.E.M. album on iTunes. Simply use your iTunes card from The Magazine on Saturday and be the first to own five songs from their new live album, plus five R.E.M. classics including Losing My Religion and Man on the Moon.
The five live songs are from their unreleased album, Live at the Olympia, recorded during five nights of "working rehearsals" in Dublin. From this unique experiment was born the Accelerate album, but now you can hear early versions of some of those tracks, ahead of Live at the Olympia's release on October 26.
Add something special to your music collection. Don't miss your iTunes card in The Times this Saturday.

Tomorrow, October 13 Newton Faulkner - If This is It

Wednesday, October 14 Placebo - Battle for the Sun

Thursday, October 15 Seasick Steve - Diddly Bo Friday

However, I was sent an e-mail by the Times today, offering me the first song free from this link: http://www.offersinthetimes.com/itunes/ If you've already registered for e-mails from The Times, you just enter your e-mail address to download the first song. Otherwise you have to register first.

Hope this helps someone. Not sure what the Editors song sounds like. Can't say the title does much for me!!!
