Selling Friends Provident Endowment Policy

We are in the process of selling a Friends Provident Endowment Policy, the best offer we have had is from a company called IFG Teppco. Has anyone had any dealings with this company, did the sale go through O.K.?
The company are based in Ireland, they are a 'sister' company of the company we originally sent the policy details to for a quote.
I would be really grateful to hear from anyone who has delt with them.
