Burgular proof paint

Looking for something called burgular proof paint. It's like a greasy/tacky paint which you paint on drain pipes. it makes it harder for the burgular to get a grip etc.
any idea where i can get a large tin cheaply. i know B&Q do it

do be careful where you paint it if you if you have cats, or neighbours do - ours walked red anti climb paint into our then rented house - worst of all we nearly took him to the vets as we thought he was bleeding!!!0
