me and my now ex partner own a house (no equity in it) 50% each, we need to get rid of the house but selling it will take too long and we'll make a huge loss that im guessing we'll have to pay back!
i would take it on myself but cant afford it alone and cant get a lodger in, do mortgage comps take this into account and would they reduce our fixed term payments to make it affordable for one of us? she will sign it over to me tomorrow and wont ask for anymoney!
any help or past experience of this would be great
