clear off car debt
I bought my car 2.5 years ago. I signed the car finance contract inside the car showroom.... Now i have been contacted by a claims company saying that when i signed the contract it was not legal because it was not signed in a supervised area. The claims company are saying they can wipe the loan and clear the debt.Does anyone know anything about this.

Very much depends, don't believe everything a claims company says.
If they can manage it, remember it WILL affect your credit rating and you probably won't get credit again.0 -

They are talking bo!!ocks. There is no such thing as a 'supervised area'. You either sign a credit agreement on-trade or off-trade premises. A car showroom is clearly on-trade premises.
This company sounds like a typical example of the parasitic and fraudulent outfits that are causing everyone to suffer from prolonged high credit prices by wasting everyone's time with ridiculous claims.
Avoid.
