you can either explain that you are a new business and misjudged your pricing or just swallow it and learn from it. I would personally choose the latter, they will be the person to recommend you to others and if these people expect the same rate politely explain that this was an offer to the person in particular for being your first customer but maybe offer them a sweetener of say 10% off the first load they give you. if you charge this first customer a different price now he may go somewhere else and you risk bad rep. If he has given you another lot he sounds like he will be a regular now so may be worth it. Also you could offer him a basket of your own that you can pick up for a few pennies from a shop that is slightly smaller than what he gives it to you in now and that way he wont be able to fit so much in but will appreciate the gesture of a posh basket from you.
