Waitrose Telephone interview help

I have searched on here and although there is information on the Waitrose/JL assesment interviews I cant find anything about telephone interviews.

My daughter who is 16 has applied for her first job in our local Waitrose (part time hours to fit around college) She has been asked to do a telephone interview & I'd like to help her prepare but I've no idea what they are likely to ask.

Has anyone had one before?

What kind of things will be asked?

How long does the interview usually take?

I had a telephone interview with Waitrose a few years ago - and I was terrified as I had never done an interview over the phone before!!

It was fine though, the lady was really nice and she just went through my C.V very briefley and arranged a time to go for a proper interview, took under 10 minutes in all.
