I have ordered this too. Received an email on 16th saying order had left the warehouse but I haven't had it yet. Anyone any ideas how long it might be? Also checked my account and in 'recent orders' there is only the product I ordered listed and not the £25 freebie?

Just got mine with my freebies - not a bad mixture. A tube of foundation, two lipsticks, two pots of nail varnish and an eye pencil - fairly neutral colours. I'm pleased.

You should have had several options at the checkout.
If you picked the free delivery then it's 5-21 days.

My order has been dispatched today but the "promotion" is no longer on my order (luckily I have a printout so I know it was there).

I called them and the lady apologised and promised to send them out today.

One word of warning though (thanks to lisyloo for alerting me to this), print your order (which includes details of the promo) on the page where you enter your CC details, as once you've confirmed the order, the promo stuff disapears! :rolleyes2

ETA: I just got my order confirmation (but into my junk mail folder!), which does include the promo bit, so maybe you don't have to be so careful about when you print it out!

got mine with free gift. The gift consists of (all Margaret Astor) 2 nail varnish - nice neutral colours, 2 lipstick - quite bright colours, one white (!) eyeliner - any tips on what to do with it?, one foundation - darker skin colour. I will use the nail polish and maybe lipstick for a night out.

white eyeliner is great for making eyes appear bigger and brighter. Play around with it a bit, but i mainly use it on the corner of my eye and it looks great and really opens up your eyes.

I buy white eyeliner all the time!!!

Collected mine today from PO ( couldn't get it thru letter box) After reading oohoo's post I have just double checked the colour of the eyepencil ( as is sealed up ) and is a lovely metallic silver called ICICLES. Am very well pleased with my order - half the price of item in shops, and freebies as well :T
