Princess personalised placemat delivered

I had a placemat delivered this morning, but no note with it only a little booklet.
I don't know what comp it is from, but remember filling in the details of my granddaughters name.

I got one this morning too for my DD9 and have been searching trying to find it! It's from Identity Direct.
