Neither of those books are available online, usual copyright reasons, but I got the Pinky Agnew one out of the library (not particularly impressed) and I bet the Handfast one is in most Scottish library systems (if you're anywhere near Edinburgh the Scottish Poetry Library definitely has it for loan and it's free to join). We got given it as an engagement present. Has your celebrant not given you a big pdf of poems and readings? Ours did and I think had just about all the ones in Handfast as well as loads more.

She gave us 3 pages of a4 photocopies of 3 examples of ceremonies she has done,and told me to look online for ideas.I told her I wanted to use a quaich in the ceremony and she told me she had never done that before so I got in touch with another celebrant and asked her to send my celebrant some info on it.Feel a bit neglected actually,dont think she is doing much for her £250.We met her once for about 20 mins and I have e-mailed a few times to try to arrange meetings but she is always just going off on holiday so cant meet.
Doesnt matter really,it,ll probably be better if I do it all mysef anyway.
