Hi
Just went into my local Tesco extra and they were doing BOGOF on packs of 25 blank DVD-R's and DVD+R's on sale at £8.98.
50 blank dvd's for 9 quid, not bad i thought, good quality too as i've used them loads before and i think they are even rebranded TDK ( but i may be wrong !!!).

Purchased these today. write ok. Seems that they're not tdk ones but "aml 2" according to nero disk check. Here is a comment about these disks
"Guess they ripped you off a bit. They're below average quality and many writers do not support them. Made in Hong Kong
The manufacturer is using a new media code to confuse the buyers I guess since the other media codes used on the same factory is known as low quality.
Other media codes from same factories as these:
AN30
AN31
AN32
AN35
INFOSMART01
IS001
Do a search on those codes (for example at https://www.dvdrhelp.com or in our DVD media test forum) and you should get more hits."
They might not work on your writer. If they don'r, just take them back!!
