Letter from debt collection agent

Hi, I went bankrupt on 3rd July, just found out we can keep the house (relative buying out BI), all going okay so far...
Yesterday I received a letter from Capital Recoveries (a trading name of Debt Management Services Ltd) in respect of a creditor who was fully listed on my BR petition.
They're trying to arrange a time to serve me with a Statutory Demand. At the bottom of the letter they write 'In the event of a bankruptcy petition being presented the court will be asked to treat such service as service of the Demand upon you.'
Any ideas as to what this means? Presumably they can't override my BR?
Thanks for your help,
WS.

I wouldnt worry about it and send it to OR0

A statutory demand is the first step a creditor takes to make you bankrupt.
A legal warning shot basically, after which if you don't pay the debt in the set time the creditor can serve a bankruptcy petition on you.
But since you have already been made BR and this debt is covered, then they haven't got a 'hope in hell'.
Up to you really. Let them waste their time, or inform them of the bankruptcy already covering it.
Send it to your OR anyway.

Thanks for the quick replies. It's what I thought, but you know how easy it is to get worried about small things like this. My mind is now firmly put at rest.
