Must admit I only scanned the spec but I would prefer build quality over quantity of features, especially as I listen to the radio more than CD's and my CDR's work fine on my old Panasonic in my car.
Even so both units appear, at the least, good value for money and I don't think you will get anything similar at such a low price.
