howmany comps do you enter?

I'mnew to this board but amsure you've been asked this before but how many comps do you guys enter before you tend to start winning?

I'mlooking to win tickets to the clothes show live this year.:rolleyes:

I have been back for about 4 weeks doing about 30+ a day, no wins yet but forever hopefull.

I enter about 40-50 a night but im really unlucky the only thing i have won this year is Lenny Kravitz tickets and i was unable to attend :cool:
But i still keep going just incase,it is nice to read all the winners posts,just hope i can post on there soon!

I tend to do 30-40 a night but it really is hit an miss, I had a couple of small wins the first couple of months, then a really good month for prizes (nothing major, just lots of little prizes), but have had a bit of a dry period. It depends if the comping gods are looking down on you !

To be honest it depends on luck. I choose to enter as many as possible as the more you enter the more you have a chance of winning, it's certainly more likely than me being a lottery winner! I've not had a massive win yet but who says that I won't get that phone call tomorrow?!?! Keep the faith lots of members have managed some very big wins. And don't forget some of the prizes just turn up without any notification which is always a nice surprise. Stick with it for a few months and the buzz of winning a prize even if small will keep you going.

I enter around 150+ per day (I only enter for prizes I want to win, but that can be over 200 on some days)

I average about 2 wins per week but September was fairly dire, probably as I was away in August and only entered a few comps (probably 200 - 300 in the month).

I started comping in March - the prize I'm really looking forward to is my 5* break in Scotland (which I entered when I very first started, but only found out I'd won at the end of August)

It just so happens at the beginning of September I decided to keep a record of how many comps I am entering, out of curiosity.

From 6th Sept - 30th Sept, I entered 2861 competitions. That averages out at approx 114 a day.
From 1st October - today, I have entered 761 competitions. That averages out to 113 a day.

On some days I don't enter any comps. The most comps I have entered in one day is 248.

Since the 6th September I have won 14 prizes. The prize value is probably around £250 (although it would not be possible to put a value on todays win)!

I try to enter as many as i can per day, this is all dependent on what prizes they offer though. It only took me a couple of weeks for my first win, so good luck to you

I started comping in May and enter about 20-30 a day, I have had some nice wins the best being £250 which I won last week , I probably get about 6 wins per month

I enter up to 150 a day and have picked up some good wins, it is all down to luck as well though. All the best

loads & loads of them including mag/postals/text comps
& won loads thanks to this great site & all the great op's who spend their time finding comps for us to enter/doing puzzles to give us the answers to enter
