How can I view my own post

I amnew to the forum and have just created a thread but cannot seem to see it. How can i find it?

Go into search, than advanced search. You can then type in your user name and find posts

According to the system, this is your first post so no idea what happened to the other one!

Hi - if you click on your name in blue on the left handside of any of your post there will be a drop down menu. Choose 'Find More Posts by bonitamariposa' and that will show you all your posts.

I think I know what happened. It took quite a while to compose my thread and I think the administrator logged me out. I needed to log back in to retrieve it but didn't know that at the time! I have now re-posted it.
I guess I'll get used to it all. Thanks anyway

Also if you have a thread you keep wanting to go back to then you can choose to subscribe to the thread (choose thread tools in the green bar at the top of the posts). Then you can see your subscribed threads whenever you log in by clicking on 'User CP' on the top green bar.
