Hi guys
I think that a few days ago, on this thread, someone mentionned a website where staff write about their own companies, like a staff rant website.
Does anyone have the link? Can't find it anymore
Thanks

I don't know which website you are referring to, but I would be very careful contributing to such a site. There used to be a site for ntl employees of this sort, and as a result there were several dismissals.Gone ... or have I?0

wow, i bet there are soo many spies on that website! When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0

Um??? Facebook has similar affect........rant on there at your peril:silenced:0

and Bebo too. I have a friend who has a sister, and she sacked because she slagged off her company on bebo. When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0

just make sure that A your privacy settings are set so no who isnt a friend can read your status and B if your going to rant about your job then dont add anyone who you work with as they could snitch on you,0 -
...Or C - don't be childish enough to rant about your company on the internet. Do it on the phone to a trusted friend, or in the pub over a drink.

I agree with the previous posters. There have been too many incidents of people who have blogged/facebooked etc about their company and either been disciplined or sacked as a result.
There are spies everywhere and it's really not worth you risking your job. I even know of a group that was set up on facebook made up of ex-employees of a company getting threatened with legal action because they were unhappy with the company and had left as a result.
Stick with pub/friend or worst case, private email if you really need to.[STRIKE]Halifax =£35

By the way I've never wanted to contribute to it, the reading is just fascinating.Originally Posted by Dr Cuckoo3
