don't worry yet - it can take up to a couple of days! all depends on the retailer. if nothing tracks after approx a week you can get topcashback to chase it up for you through their help pages. though, as someone else said, the cashback is not guaranteed (through any cashback site). it's taken on trust that the retailer does the honorable thing......

These are bad quality sticks for 15% code. theyusually last about a year and or not quality make like sandisk.Was good at 30 but now bad

30% should be honored if that was the rate at time of ordering....but retailers do tend to make their own 'rules' up, when it suits them, so it's never a certainty. a bit like the cashback! retailers soon rack up bad comments if they renege. together with tracking stats, the good/bad user comments posted are really the only measure of how good a chance you have of getting the dosh back..
