Waiting for reply from chief executive of Lloyds TSB

Have you tried resolving the problem at a branch or telephoned customer relations?
The timescale would depend on the complaint .0 -
I've got a thread that I started back in July regarding this loan that I took out in June.
You'll probably remember. I tried in the branch, over the phone in writing and they just keep fobbing me off with letters that they are still investigating this.
So today I finally decided to send an email to the chief executive. Jones - I think you advised me to do this a few weeks back in my other thread.
Just wondering if it's another waiting game now.0 -
my thread is on page 44 of this forum lol - well at the time of typing this

I remember you now!
One of his minnions will get in touch very quickly I think although it might be a while whilst your complaint is investigated at the top level.
Glad to hear you took my advice.0 -
Barclays service level is 48 hours which is FSA guidlines so you should get at least a holding response within those timeframes. It could take upto weeks to investigate though:rolleyes:0
