I wanna return unused postage stamps to Royal Mail

I've got a few booklets of unused postage stamps that I'm trying to send back to Royal Mail for a refund. I've heard you can use a P674 form for this... went to the PO and got one, but it was printed in 1992! I don't know if I trust this, as I don't want to see £100 of stamps to some random out of date address. Does anyone know if the reimbursement rules still stand and whether the address to send them to is the same???
