The original 3800 points have been converted to those vouchers you've received (or possibly the vouchers you're about to receive). Once they're converted to the vouchers they stop appearing on your statement.

The vouchers expire after just over 2 years, and it says on the voucher.

The vouchers are converted to paper vouchers which you get with your statement every 3 months (or is it every 4 months?)... any points earned after a certain cut off date get rolled over to the next statement. Have you thrown the statements away?

The paper vouchers are valid for 2 years... you can redeem them for Goldsmiths (or other) vouchers either online, or by post.
    TOP MONEYSAVING TIP

Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!

I have another stupid question: I signed up for another online clubcard the other day for the £50 groceries for £9 (£13 in my case) trick. When I login as my new self it doesn't tell me the clubcard number, just the last four digits. Is there any way of finding it out, or have I got to get up to 250 points and get a voucher in the next mailing?
  • Not a full answer, but even if you do not reach the minimum points for a Clubcard voucher, you should still get a quarterly mailing with a few discount type coupons on shopping. The mailing should have your Clubcard number on it (I get two mailings - one for Clubcard and one for Clubcard credit card).
