CCA request letter templates -where??!!

I know these letters are on here somewhere!!!

please would a lovely person point me in teh right direction before someone at works peers over my shoulder to ask what i've been doing for the past hour!!!

There are many here: Standard template letters to creditors etc

I need to organise them a bit better sometime, but most of what you should need is there I think....
