They usually have a St Tropez set in OOTW also
  • Well i finally got my 2nd of 2 boxes from Boots yesterday and the condition it arrived in is beyond belief. DHL had re-packaged it and it looked like someone had dropped the box from a height - i couldn't believe what i was looking at.
I had one Sanctuary set in there and all the products had come out and the sides of the lid were all ripped making it impossible to give as a gift. One of the other items had taken a battering as well.
Rang Boots this morning and they will replace the other item and refund me for the sanctuary set as they are out of stock. I told them i got the 3 items on 3 for 2 and they said i still get the free one free and they also don't need me to return the damaged sanctuary box as they can't sell it on so i may as well keep it. BONUS! I'm delighted at how Boots handled it and has restored my faith in them even though they use a disgraceful courier.

I had this 18 months ago. I had done quite a big shop for toiletries, nappys etc and a couple of the bottles had leaked everywhere due to the courier dropping the box or something!!!!

Again Boots were very good and sent replacements out immediately and i think gave me some extra points too.

The courier is the blooming problem

The lady said next Friday is a giftset in the Elle McPherson range.

Wonder if it is this one?

Collected mine from my local Boots after work. I was in a real rush not to miss my lift home and it wouldnt go through the till - manager was called and he couldnt sort it - I left the print out invoice with him and signed it to say Id collected the box. Have left him trying to sort the till out!

It looks really nice - My Dads wishing he had got some as xmas gifts now:rolleyes:

    Love the smell of Sanctuary.

Last year's OOTW for Elle MacPherson was her soft vanity case at £35 (sort of a bronze metal colour) filled with items. So the £40 looks a sure fire bet for this year.

Last year there were 2 FCUK offers of the week. One for males (a metal tin filled with a scarf/wallet and smellies) which was £50 full price and one for females (black overnight bag filled with smellies) which was £45 full price.

Other OOTW deals last year included a Saint Tropez tanning set (about £30 full price), a Ruby and Millie cosmetics case (£50 full price) and the No 7 skincare set for women which came in a black fabric treasure chest (£50 full price). There was also a No 7 Cosmetics case (black leather type case) which was again £50 full price.

I am sure there were a few more - will have to check my order history from last year as I tend to buy them online rather than instore.

Anyone think of the other ones from last year? It gives a good indication of what "might" be deals this year. I don't think all of them are Boots brands (Boots don't own Saint Tropez do they?) and I think there were a couple of electrical deals as well.

Would love a Soap and Glory OOTW - can't remember one of those last year but there might have been one that I missed.
  • Hi bargainmad. Im sure one of the OOTW was a hairdryer. Cant remember if it was the Remington one.

There are so many of these on ebay already at totally over inflated prices!

  • Ohhh am loving these OOTW's!

Would love a no7 one. To think last year i was a boots "virgin" and i am ashamed to say i paid full price of £50 for the no 7 protect and perfect set in the black fabric case! Never again will i pay full price for them!
