Need an MP3 player

Can anyone reccomend (I haven't a clue about these things - I'm still writing on slate!) an MP3 player around the £50 mark. I'm after something to store french language cds on via my pc (I'm learning french) so that I can listen while I'm travelling. There are 10 cd's each of which holds about 40-50 minutes, but if I can't get them all on at once - no problem.
Sound quality needs to be reasonably good.
I like music too!
cheers!:j

The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.

creative labs have really high quality ones - their customer service has been great when i've needed to use it, and they're a very repuatable brand.
this one's worth a look:
