Thanks for this just ordered mine to collect at store accept I ordered a small body butter and the Soap & Glory i-form instead of a second scrub as long as the soap and glory items make up the £12.00 it takes the price of the scrub off. Will add to a christmas present!

Like Jandrewcrook I thought I had a problem. When I entered the code the full price of the perfume appeared, then the half price offer but nothing else. On checking out, though, the code discount showed up - phheeww!

When the last rosie was out, when the GWP had just been released on the Extravagant Lashes and it was on 342, the SA happily put through 3 mascaras and 3 Sultry Eyes Palette. £18 after rosie. No problems at all.

If they kick up a fuss you should complain. As it's not a glitch, it's your entitlement, as the offer is free gift with mascara. And technically you're buying three mascaras (even if one is free), as if they were not on 342, you'd have to pay for it, it's not a gift. So every mascara is entitled to a palette to go with it. I think you should have asked to speak to a manager. I know it's a difference of only £1.50. But you could buy something on clearance with it!!

They had plenty of R&M Red make up bags left when they were closing last night. It looked like new stock as last Saturday they only had a couple left. They are on the main desk are on the R&M stand.
