SandraScarlett wrote: »Sorry, but I did laugh over your Wrong Day tale!! As Polls said, some vouchers are great, others aren't what you personally want. There was one a few months ago that I called a Binnie, cos the only place I wanted to put it was in the bin!
But there are usually 13 vouchers issued a year, of which 5 are for No 7 items. Then there are the ACM coupons, the fantastic ACM coupons (like the Ole Olay!) and the glitches.
I could weep when I read of the lovely coupons some people get in their mailings. All my DH and I are ever offered are things like 3 for 2 on Jointcare tablets. This month we were each offered 100 extra points if we purchased a hot water bottle!
There will be something soon that you'll be thrilled about, and when you look at your stash of Christmas and Birthday pressies, that you'll get in the sale, you'll gloat!
Now look in the mirror at your dewy, unblemished, wrinkle free and peach-like skin, and prepare yourself for 2nd December (when the next voucher comes out), and who knows? You might find yourself wombling for England so that you can get as many as possible!
xx
Thank you Sandra, what a lovely post :-)
(you'll be pleased to know even though I got the wrong day I still managed to rack up 1580 points) Happy days!
Looking forward to the sale now too!Bump due 22nd September0 -

Yes! The Time Delay Radiance Booster is great and only £1.84 with a skinnie.
Also, TD have some eye creams which work out at £1.84 with a skinnie.
It depends how much you're willing to spend and whether you normally use these brands. I love the RB so will be stocking up on it.

snipped
A quick grumble: I don't even get the mailing any more and very poor ACM offers (eg comps & the online spend points).
No shopping find ever beats a Boots high, but it is sooo rare these days now that I'm an ACM persona non grata. I don't even know what I did 'wrong'
I'm a long standing card holder, I haven't abused the system (ie no multiple cards etc) & I shop regularly - just not as much as I did.
Bring on the 75% sale I say!I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
I dont think you do as they never usually ask for anything when you pick up your order apart from your name or order number. As its all done at their warehouse and not in store so the order doesnt have anything to do with store staff!
If it was accepted online I wouldnt worry and just go pick up your radiance booster and enjoy it :j
unless you collect in my local bootsthey see it as theirdivine right to open your order. I've come close to them slicing my fingers open as they wield that knife "to check" despite me telling them CS have assured me they don't need to do that!! Now I just make the order to free delivery levels at home. So Mr B does win that way.:hello:
