qualifications to become a health & safety office

fingers crossed im getting my nebosh in construction safety, but i need more any advice please my background is construction,just completed diploma in operations management.

ta for your advice,ran my own company construction r/c .16 years in the trade,construction supervisor on uk run ghanian government project built to earthquake spec,covering all aspects of the construction,drawings ,hs,quality control etc germany and holland high rise luxury apartment builds and want to focus on site management/health and safety officer,the course just done was level 4 award and a diploma and i enjoyed it.
