Me too. Full price £30, reduced to £15, then £5 off with voucher (thanks OP), so mine for £10.

No stock in Derby yesterday, but plenty in Burton. Cracking deal.

  • Hi it seems there is a glitch with the £5 off a £12 spend on childrens books, toys and stationary.

Today in my local smiths i purchased two Disney princess hardback story books which were priced a £5 each aswell as two small sets of playmobil priced at £3 each. I knew the playmobil would go through as buy one get one half price and therefore would still be over the £12-however when i got to the till the disney books must also have been buy one get half price (but this waas not advertised) and i got the lot for £7 (so it appears the voucher still works even if the total after discount is less than £12). Might have another go this weekend.

Does anyone know if you can use one £5 off a book over £10 voucher and buy two books to get the £10 discount card?
    Sorry if its long winded.....

instore they are giving a 20% of voucher to use up to the 1st november think it can be used with the £5 off voucher

I've twice, this week, used the 20% discount card along with the £5 off vouchers. Both times, the vouchers didn't go through and I had a bit of hassle the scond time with the sales assistant saying you couldn't use them together as they were both vouchers. When I pointed out that the discount card wasn't a voucher, they relented and let me use both.

For the £10 giftcard, I don't see why you can't use the 20% discount card and a voucher and still qualify for the giftcard. After all, you are still buying 2 books within the selected range.
It's wouldn't have not wouldn't of, shouldn't have not shouldn't of and couldn't have not couldn't of. Geddit?
  • Just wondered if anyone had any new vouchers yet as need a book for oh
