Are these definately allowed on ryanair? Because it is 1cm deeper than their stated allowance, and they have that rigid crate that you have to be able to squeeze your hand luggage into.... I know they can be jobsworths at times! Thanks!
We used Ryanair in August this year and the Trunki's were no problem. I was a bit concerned because it exceeded their limits but when I checked it in the actual crate it was absolutely fine.0 -
we take our son's trunki on every flight he goes on as hand luggage and nobody has said there is a problem...not been on ryan air though..jet2 and other major airlines BA etc..0

Soooooooooo glad they are doing well lol!!!!!! happens and usually to me0 -
Oh thats brilliant to know that they do fit into the actual ryanair crates! I'll order one now! Thanks very much for that!0

We have a trunki and love it - use as travel luggage for daughters and fill it up with softtoys, games, colouring books, pencils etc to keep them amused on flight then they have toys when on hols too - we have used with Ryan Air no problems. My elder daugher sat on it all the way through long custom/passport check queque too - it is worth the money just for that seat for use when kids are tired:D0

this is great just what we needed. Was looking at getting a trunki but my daughter loves red and had only seen the cow and pink ones so this is perfect.0

There's a pink one at £28.75 as well:

these are great we have 2 blue ones , you can fit quite a lot in them if you pack carefully , but as said above they are allowed on as hand luggage so we usually just have a change of clothes incase of emergencies then my kids put in there toys and books and colouring stuff etc .
i can get my kids stuff in for an overnight stay including nappies wipes and toys so plenty of room
as for the questions on hand luggage , they are wll within the limit of the little cage thing they make yo put your hand luggage in , took them on bulgaria air , easy jet and BA so far .
one of the best investments you will make .. no more bored of waiting in queues at airports etc they ride around .. ill stop waffling i sound like a trunki rep !! seriously though ..get one !Making a change in 20130 -
Just had the pink one delivered today - 3 year old loves it!! Just waiting on the tiger one coming hopefully before the hols on friday - pity they didnt make these for big people!!!0

Is it heavy? I am concerned about the Ryan Air weight limit on hand luggage.
We are off on our 8p flight in November, so I am looking at hand luggage bags and wondering if this will do, one each for our 2 kids, but do not want to be hit by a weight fine.I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100
