asda... smartprice noodles 9p!!!!

bought a few packs of these to try and by eck!!!! they are really nice! im hooked on them

they are awful just like the sp pot noodle ,completely tasteless.

have you seen the fat content in each packet, its quite high,i thought they were healthy,

I like them too, they're good as a base for adding other stuff to, like stir fry veg or extra spices as well

I really love the taste of instant noodles too, but they are unhealthy - sadly.

Last time, I bought 2 packets to keep in cupboard for snack emergencies. I checked the label when I got home and was horrified to see that each packet contains approx 700-750 cals!!!

i have yeah it is ridiculous really for such a small amount!! however still good lol
