After being succesful in claiming for a misold endowment, I am now filling in the relevant paperwork.
Pearl are asking for "Surrender application form and policy schedule" this I can do, but they are also asking for "Surrender application form with Lost policy document" It is the lost policy document I dont understand as I still have the original paperwork.
Is this just a general letter covering all avenues, just tried phoning them but they are closed, was hoping to get this sorted and in the post tonight.

If you have the original policy document, send that in. Alternatively, save yourself hassle and just sign the lost policy document form.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
