Quick question, our house insurance expires in the next 2 weeks, got renewal notice and thanks to the house burning down last year,it has gone up  ,normally we pay in one go but this year due to all the debt,we want to pay monthly,my question is,do insurance companies do credit checks before allowing payments in installments? we now have 7 default notices,do these make a difference?
Not sure whether to post this on DFW or insurance boards, thanks!
