I have posted my gripe on another thread with Screenselect...but just to make sure as many people know as possible....Screenselect are great at sending the voucher...just make sure you cancel on time and watch them!!! My free trial finished on the 10th May, I cancelled on the 5th, sent my DVD back which arrived on the 8th, but they then sent me anothere DVD on the 8th (after i cancelled) and charged my account £9.99. There customer service has been terrible. I have emailed 3 times and they have still failed to explain why i didn't comply with T & C's and why I have been charged.
I am waiting for one more response by email, and then it will be a phonecall. I will get my money back.
Will never go with a DVD rental company again...

Yes you do have to make sure you cancel on time. I notice that they don't have a phone number for complaints though. I find that e-mailing is the most ineffective way to complain too. If you want to you could write and give explanation to them of your situation.
