Win £1000 and the title of Ooffoo Laureate 2010
Write a letter to any leading world figure that could change the world. The best letter wins £1000 and the writer earns the proud title of ‘Ooffoo Laureate 2010’

The competition deadline for articles to be uploaded is: 31st December 2009.
Judging will take place during January/February/March 2010.
The winners will be announced on March 20th 2010 - the first day of Spring.
