Shoe Repairs in Edinburgh

I'm looking for a shoe repair place that can reheel some of my shoes. Anyone know of any places in Edinburgh that will do a good job but won't cost a fortune?! I know there a few Timpson shops, but I've never been overly impressed with them and wondered if there are any better options? Any recommendations?

can't comment on the quality of their work etc, but seems busy and has been around for many, many years.

How much do shops usually charge for reheeling anyway? I have some shoes that need doing but am not sure if it would be cheaper just to buy new shoes, LOL!
