Does anyone know why Pigsback takes so long to send out vouchers?
I ordered some Premier Inn vouchers at the beginning of January, as we wanted to go away in the next couple of weeks. I emailed them and got the same old story that everyone else has got for the Arcadia vouchers.
It's not on really is it? It takes long enough to reach 6000 points needed for most vouchers these days and then you wait and wait and wait some more for the vouchers to arrive.
My theory is, that they wait until a certain number of vouchers have been ordered by us lot and then purchase them from whichever company that supply them.
That can take some time, if you are waiting to receive a voucher that might not be as popular as others. :mad:
I have been a member of Pigsback for as long as I've been a member of this site....but they are just getting worse and worse as the years go by.

Thanks, it's been a combination of a couple of days in hospital and my 'broadband' almost grinding to a halt with speed of 0.013meg. It's been too frustrating to try and do much on the Internet!

Just been going through the first couple of posts - not much left now. No wonder people are leaving Pigsback. I would if I had enough points, but I've worked hard for the couple of points I've got & I don't see why they should have them back!

I know what you mean, I used to do pigsback ages ago, then stopped because of poor internet, when I restarted I couldn't believe how the points had decreased.

Like you, not sure if I'll carry on when I get to the next redeem.

Thanks to you & the others for doing the posts, it is appreciated, it's just a pity that Pigsback isn't so good now.
