Hi littlewren. Have you tried clearing your cookies? There are instructions on doing this on Page 1 of this thread.

Otherwise, email Pigsback at

memberservices@pigsback.com

and tell them the problems you and your daughter are having. Hopefully they can sort it out for you.

Yes, I had cleared my cookies but it made no difference. Thankyou for the e-mail address, I will e-mail them and see what they say.

or if you log in to pigsback.com could try logging in to pigsback.co.uk or vica versa has worked for me in the past.
