Mine have always come in a white envelope, although it has been that long since I received one that could have changed - send them an email asking if they've sent it yet.

The vouchers used to be posted out from London, but the last ones I've had have come from Ireland with an Irish stamp on them. But that was about 1 year ago. I don't know if anyone else will have any more up-to-date info.

I hope it wasn't your voucher.

Mine have always come in a white envelope too, with a pink piggy logo. I can't remember the address they came from though. Good luck!

I got a brown envelope from Solihul today, and it contained eye make up remover wipes, which i believe were a win.Hope that helps.

I had a leisure voucher arrive from PB yesterday in a white envelope with an irish stamp on it. Hope that puts your mind at rest.
