In a word no you can't make money! You can get vouchers sometimes but unless you win a quiz or do a lot of internet shopping it will take a long time to get enough for a voucher. If you don't mind doing a bit of extra clicking each day to get a voucher one day then that's fine but if you want some extra money quickly I'd try other things.
