It tells me I'm waiting for 11 lots of points and some of them are from August

OMG! I have 13 lots of points showing now, and if they do ever give them to me I might actually get a voucher.

I have no pending transactions either but switching to Waiting using the drop down box shows what I'm waiting for.

Lol, so it's all right then. We can all sleep peacefully now! :rotfl:

It's taken them 4 days to come up with this reply.

Regarding the "Shopping History" - always worked for me in Firefox but not in Internet Explorer, but now it works in both. But it is a lot of rubbish, I have 7 "waiting" transactions, 2 for Love Your Mouth and I've already had that one and others like 2 minute survey, T mobile sim and empora which I never signed up for. The professionals at work again. We would miss them so much :rotfl:

I picked this up from the Irish Pigsback forums:

Auditors raise fears for Pigsback SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2009

THE future of Empathy Marketing, the company behind the pigsback loyalty brand, has been questioned by its auditors in its latest accounts.

The company’s accounts show a loss of €5,077,433 for the year ending in December 2008, with net liabilities of €1.6m, compared with a profit of €352,000 the previous year.
Auditors Deloitte said such losses "cast significant doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern".
While Empathy attributes its losses to the fall in marketing and online advertising spend, its level of debt is sinking any potential for profitability.
Turnover of €3.1m generated a gross profit of €2.6m, an inter company loan provision of €4.8m and administrative expenses of €2.7m combined to create an operating loss of €4.8m before tax.
The firm received a €4m injection from private investor Hotbed in 2005.
The company also launched its British operation in 2005, and has since attracted clients such as CDWow, Oasis and Tesco to its customer incentive programmes and its online "permission marketing" services. It had hoped its British operations would break even this year. The firm also has Bank of Ireland, eBay and Aer Lingus as clients.
The directors’ report cites remuneration as being critical for the company’s sustainability, in order to retain key staff. It also says it has cut its operating costs significantly in order to regain a positive cash flow.
The company is run by founder Michael Dwyer, who has 1.3 million shares in the firm.

This story appeared in the printed version of the Irish Examiner Saturday, October 31, 2009

Here's Pigsback's reply, which is posted in the Pigsback forum under Issues:

"This article gave a very unfair and negative slant on what is a profitable business. Indeed the busines has responded very well to the economic downturn in 2008.
Read it carefully and decide for yourself:
It refers to 2008 accounts and states:
"Turnover of €3.1m generated a gross profit of €2.6m, an inter company loan provision of €4.8m and administrative expenses of €2.7m combined to create an operating loss of €4.8m before tax."
Without the provision (which is only a non-cash accounting adjustment) for the investment incurred from 2005 to 2008 in creating the UK business, the business is break-even and has been profitable since 2003 consistently every year.
    Read on:
"it has cut its operating costs significantly in order to regain a positive cash flow."
We can confirm that the business in 2009 is profitable and has put all its bad news behind it in 2008.
    Have no worries about Pigsback!
A little sad that the journalist would not at least make contact and that they would take such a negative and unfair slant on what is small company with a big future.
We're sure we can count on our members and friends for their support,

You get more back with Pigsback.com"

Can't help but wonder why they had to use a fictional cartoon pig as the company spokesman
