Ok Folks, I've finally had a response from Pigsback to my emails regarding the points they siphoned off re the CTs. (See post #1993 of this thread for details).

Had to chase twice for an answer of course, this is Pigsback after all! (Actually saying that, I'm surprised they answered at all )

Your compliant was passed on to the Management team but there is no further action or comments being issued regarding this matter."

Mmm, is it just me or is this basically saying 'Sod off, we won't talk to you because we know we're in the wrong, and it's our ball and we don't want to play anymore?!"

Okay peeps, as much as I have loved reading your comments, I too and giving Pigsback the heave-ho. If I want to be spoken to like an idiot and treated badly... ... I'll ask my teenage son to wash-up for me! - lol

Thought some members might like to see the response I sent to Pigsback. Some people say I'm a sarky so-and-so when I'm hacked off, but I can't see it myself!

Yes, 17 days to basically say exactly what was expected from your company is quite good. Thank-you.

This problem originally arose from Pigsback's ineptitude and unprofessionalism. From what I have gleamed from multitudes of Pigsback members is that you treat most of them as anathema, and an interruption to your business. May I remind your 'Management team' that if it were not for these members, your company would not exist.

Does your 'Management team' even exist? What exactly do they do? They certainly do not reply promptly, if at all to questions or chases for points. If/when they do answer, it is usually with a standard reply, often copied, with all the usual accompanying spelling mistakes. The office must be over-run now with all those files which Pigsback have always been waiting for over the many years I have been a member!

Incidentally, I made a complaint. I am certainly not 'compliant' as you have stated in your email.

Obviously, along with many other members, I have finally lost any trust or respect for your company.

There are points in my account which I suggest, with a somewhat large dose of self control, that Pigsback donate to one of the charities.
