Another case of misleading wording from Piggy:

Request your Free G-Pak at Money4Gold and receive 3,000 PiggyPoints .......
Simply request a free “G-Pak” mailing kit to get started and you’ll also earn 3,000 PiggyPoints.

So, just send for a pack & they'll give you 3,000 points - that's what it says....BUT in the Terms & Conditions they give the correct wording:

PiggyPoints will only be approved for Gpacks that are returned & contain more than 10g of gold. Packs with less than 10g of gold do not qualify for approved PiggyPoints

I know I sound like I'm quibbling but surely the heading & main text should give the correct information?

I tempted to request my pack and then argue to get the points - as it was the same with Big wadrobe which they've now changed!

I don't think you are 'quibbling'.

If they can get away with such wording then I'm sure we will see a lot more of it resulting in people waiting for points which will never arrive.

They will argue...... read the T & C's carefully.

Perhaps ChezzaL would like to respond on behalf of Mr Curly :rotfl:

Well, I've just claimed a £10 Arcadia voucher, leaving me with 1 (ONE) piggypoint.

Now let's see how long it will take me to reach the next voucher, given that the points mount up so quickly on this excellent & generous reward site ...

I have 855 points and I haven't won any quizzes for ages. When I get up to my next voucher, regardless how many points I have left, I'm leaving.

How about "I haven't won any quizzes at all". And just when I got to the point where I could order a CD they removed them, so I'm limping on to the next fence which is quite some distance away. THEN I'M LEAVING.
    It's 5 o'clock somewhere!
